THE CHIEF OF STAFF OF SPANISH AIR AND SPACE FORCE (JEMA), VISITS TACTICAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME (TLP) FACILITIES IN ALBACETE

Last 19th of November 2024, the Chief of Staff of Spanish Air and Space Force (JEMA), General Francisco Braco Carbó, visited the facilities of Tactical Leadership Programme in Albacete, accompanied by the Chief of Combat Air Command, Lieutenant General Julio Nieto Sampayo and the Warrant Officer of Spanish Air Force, José Carlos Herrero Sánchez.

Upon their arrival at TLP Headquarters, they were received by TLP Commandant, Colonel César Óscar Acebes Puertas and TLP Warrant Officer, José Alejandro Cascales.

Then, General Braco had the opportunity to greet the international seniors of the programme and to be present at the initial briefing with the Flying Course participants. Next, a working session was held at TLP Headquarters, in which the TLP Commandant presented the objectives, resources, future strategy of TLP and the main characteristics of the flying course.

Later, he could witness and a demonstration of the capabilities of MACE flight simulator, after which he had the opportunity to visit TLP hangar and apron.

To conclude his visit, General Braco returned to TLP main building, where he signed TLP Book of Honour and had a meeting with the personnel of the unit, right after having a group picture taken with the Spanish military and civilian staff of the Unit.
